After living in their Bloomington, MN home for nearly 20 years, our clients wanted to create a fresh, modern space for their family. They wanted their remodeled home to reflect their love for design and passion for art. They desired to open up the main living space and to connect it to the beautiful wooded lot outside. Their dreams were achieved by opening up & extending the kitchen into the entertaining space and converting the old 3-season porch into the new dining room. Reallocating space on the main level accomplished all of the client’s design needs including creating a proper entry/mudroom from the garage, increased privacy for the master suite, and a larger modern kitchen that opens to the new dining room overlooking the backyard.
