When this family of five became six – it was time for an additional bedroom on the second floor. The most logical location for the new addition was above the existing rarely used two-story sport court. The family also wanted a more open and flexible lower level that includes a full-size golf simulator, generous multipurpose dining room, and wine room. The homeowners wanted a functional home for their family, as well as a fun place for themselves and their four kids to entertain socially, with the added purpose of an upscale venue for hosting many of their own professional and social events.
