New Addition Creates Vintage-Modern Vibe

Our clients, a family of five, loved their South Minneapolis home except for the cramped kitchen. We designed and built a new kitchen addition with an informal dining area where the whole family can gather. The new kitchen features classic white subway tile, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and vintage-modern light fixtures. We preserved the windows from the former exterior wall, which brings light through the new informal dining into the home’s original formal dining room. We also remodeled the first-floor powder room just off the kitchen, giving it a vintage-modern vibe.
