Turning Unusable Space Into Second Level Suites

Despite limited opportunities on the main floor, our work-from-home clients needed dedicated workspaces in their quaint St. Paul Cape Cod home. By incorporating an upper-level dormer along the back of the house, we gained the necessary clearances and square footage for a new family room/office, two bedrooms, and a full bath upstairs, leaving openings for additional office space on the main level.
